Stefano Carnati

He has been climbing since he was 10 years old and is part of the Ragni di Lecco group. He was an athlete of the national youth team. Among his best results are the following performances:

• youth world champion cat.B (Canada 2013)
• Italian champion Boulder U16 (Arco di Trento, 2013)
• European vice-champion at the Boulder Youth Championships (Grindenvald, 2013)
• Italian youth champion U18 Lead and Boulder (2014)
• U18 Youth European Champion (Edinburgh, 2015)

But it is on the rock that he gives the best of himself. Outdoor he sent:

• Master Blaster (8+, 8b), Witchcraft (8+), Slimline (8a +) and Move Your Body (8b) – 2011
• Sarau Nocturn, El Ball del Triceps, (8b), Batuka (8b) Migrania (8b), Telemaster and Dr. Feelgood (8th / 8th +) – 2012
• fourth repetition of Spirit Walker (8c), Deus Irae (8c +), Firebanks 142 (8b +), and Silkworth’s first ascent in Gajum (8b +) – 2014
• Goldrake (9A +) and Action Directe (9A) – twentieth absolute and second Italian ascent – 2017
